Olga is a highly skilled lawyer with more than 20 years of extensive experience in commercial litigation and a proven record of success in high-stakes disputes.

She is a member of the Moscow Bar and has previously worked with a leading Russian and CIS law firm. Olga has also worked in the litigation department of a major Russian entity and served as a secretary to a judge.

Olga provides legal services in corporate and bankruptcy matters. Her practice includes, among other things,

• convening shareholders’ meetings through the courts,
