Participation of LLCs and PJSCs in Associations and Other Unions: Simplified Decision-Making Now Possible.
The charter of an LLC can now specify that decisions—such as participation in associations (unions) and other unions—fall under the authority of the collegial executive body. Until July 30, 2025 (inclusive), this authority, typically reserved for the general meeting of participants, could only be delegated to the board of directors.
PJSCs are now also permitted to delegate this decision, traditionally made by the general meeting of shareholders, to either the board of directors or the collegial executive body. Previously, this option was available only to non-public JSCs.
